- Personal property is not covered.
- A compulsary excess is payable in the event of an accident or write-off.
- The hirer is primarily responsible for the full loss in the case of an accident or write-off. By
payment of the insurance, the liability is limited to the excess of
- Accident 10% of claim - Minimum of R4000
- Theft 10% of claim - Minimum of R5000
- A double excess is payable on Weekend rentals in the event of an accident or write-off.
- The hirer will be liable for the full damage to or loss of the vehicle in the event of an accident
occuring where the hirer was not driving the vehicle..
